How to Complete KYC Online with Nubra?

Step 1: 2FA Authentication, PAN Validation & Address Validation (KRA Based or Digi locker)

  • Enter your Mobile Number, request an OTP, and enter the received OTP.
  • Enter your Email ID, request an OTP, and enter the received OTP. Alternatively, log in using your Google account.
  • Enter your PAN number and Date of Birth.
  • Verify your details and click on Proceed.

Address Validation: There are two possible methods:

  • If KRA is validated: The system will fetch your address from KRA. Verify it and proceed, OR you can choose to proceed via Digi Locker.
  • If KRA is not validated: The system will automatically use Digi Locker to fetch your address.

Step 2: Exchange / Segment Activation

  • Select the Exchange/Segment you want to activate.
  • If you are activating Derivative Segments, you must upload one of the following documents:
    • Latest 6-month bank statement
    • Last month’s salary slip
    • Latest ITR (Income Tax Return) acknowledgment
    • Latest Form-16
    • Demat Holding statement (not older than 2 months)
    • CA-certified net-worth certificate

Step 3: Bank Verification

  • Enter your Bank Account Number & IFSC Code and proceed.
  • Or, choose the UPI option to verify without entering bank details manually.

Step 4: Personal Information & Standing Instructions

In this step, you need to fill in your personal details and accept the standing instructions/authentications:

  • Current Annual Income Range: Select your income bracket.

  • Occupation Details: Select your Source of Income (salaried, self-employed, business, etc.).

  • Trading Experience: Select your total number of years of trading experience.

  • Marital Status: Choose between Single/Married.

  • Father’s/Spouse’s Name: Enter your Father’s or Spouse’s Name.

    Note: If your KRA (KYC Registration Agency) is validated, this field will be auto-fetched from the KRA system & you are allowed to modify this field in case of incorrect details or spelling mistakes.

Read, Review & Accept Standing Instructions

  • Read and Review the Standing Instructions/Authentications provided.
  • Accept the terms to proceed with the next step.

Step 5: Nominee Details

  • Add nominee details (you can nominate up to 3 people for your Demat/Trading account).
  • After completing this step, review the pre-signed Account Opening Form (AOF) before proceeding.

Step 6: Liveness, Wet-Signature & e-Sign

  • Liveness Check: Take a selfie & submit.
  • Upload your wet signature OR sign on the screen.
  • Proceed to e-Sign: Enter your Aadhaar number and authenticate with Aadhaar OTP.

Application Verification & Account Activation

  • Once you complete the Final e-Sign stage, your application will be forwarded to the Verification Team.
  • The team will review your application and notify you if any corrections or additional information are required.
  • If everything is in place, the team will approve your application, and you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours via email on your registered email ID.
